by Bottomline Technologies on 28 August 2000
and changed its' name to Bottomline
Technologies Europe Ltd on 23 April 2001.

Checkpoint on 31 March 1995 and changed
its' name to Bottomline Transactional
Services Ltd on 29 June 2002.

The assets of Albion Business Machines
Ltd were acquired by ABM Microbank Ltd, a
Bottomline Technologies company on 7 May
2004. The former ABM products have now been
absorbed within the global Bottomline
solutions portfolio.

The assets of A1 Software Ltd were
acquired by Bottomline Technologies on 1
June 2003. The former A1 product
functionality has since been absorbed
within the global Bottomline solutions
portfolio.
